Brought a 2007 bmw 325i beautifully presented, slight issues at the beginning but that’s second hand car buying all over the world what separates wheelers from the rest is they worked tirelessly to fix the fault and kept me in the loop at all times I found this very reassuring as a customer, couldn’t have asked for a better service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Awful after sales service from this dealer. When my vehicle was delivered it had all the owners book pack inc. the service history missing, also the spare key was missing. Rang the dealer straight away and they promised to locate the missing items or replace them. Rang numerous times but the person dealing with it was "not available"! Six months later they have still never returned one of my calls. In the end I had to pay out over £300 to replace the items myself. After spending almost £17000 with them I expected a little more customer service. I could not in all honesty recommend this dealer to anyone.
